The Deputy alternative for teams that don't want a per-user bill.

Why switch

Four reasons to switch from Deputy to Teamagogo.

1

A bill that grows with every shift worker.

With DeputyLite is $5 per user a month, Core is $6.50 and Pro is $9. Administrators and supervisors count as users too. Thirty people on Core is $195 a month.

With TeamagogoThirty people is $69 a month on All-In, or $29 on Basic. Eleven people on Deputy Lite is $55, above Basic at $29 but below All-In at $69. Lite costs less than All-In up to 13 people (13 × $5 = $65) and more from 14 (14 × $5 = $70); Core costs less up to 10 people (10 × $6.50 = $65) and more from 11 (11 × $6.50 = $71.50). Basic costs less than Lite from 6 people. The price does not grow with each hire. You pay for the people who actually worked. No contract.

2

People who come and go still cost a month.

With DeputyAdding a user charges the full month. Archiving someone after ten days still charges the full month. Unarchiving a former employee charges the full month again.

With TeamagogoYou pay for the people who actually worked. Restaurants and shops with turnover don't pay for names that never made the schedule.

3

The good parts sit in higher tiers or add-ons.

With DeputyAuto-scheduling and timesheet auto approval are on Core. Deputy Payroll is an add-on at $8 per user a month plus a $49 base fee, HR is $2 per user, Messaging+ is $1.95 and Analytics+ is $1.50.

With TeamagogoShifty, optional timesheet auto approval, tasks, tip pooling and team chat are part of Teamagogo. Keep your own payroll company. No add-ons.

4

Thanks that lands in gold.

With DeputyDeputy's pricing page lists Shift Pulse, a way to collect feedback from your team after each shift. Shout-outs, points and rewards aren't listed there.

With TeamagogoShout-outs, points that are never taken away, rewards you choose, Employee of the Week and on-time streaks, right on every employee's Home.
