The Service stores sensitive workforce information, including compensation rates, time records, and personnel contact details. This page describes the measures in place to protect that information and the current status of our compliance program.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and cannot be read by Teamagogo personnel.
Tenant isolation
Each customer's workspace is logically isolated from every other customer's. No feature, support process, or administrative interface exposes one customer's data to another customer.
Time-record integrity
Time entries may be corrected by authorized personnel, but original entries are never overwritten. Every edit is recorded with the editor's identity and a timestamp, preserving a complete audit trail for wage and hour purposes.
Access controls
Access to compensation data, time records, and the manager log is governed by 50 granular permissions, configurable per role, per group, or per individual. Authorized Users have access to their own schedules, hours, and pay information only.
Backups
Data is backed up automatically to encrypted storage on a regular schedule.
Compliance status
Teamagogo has not yet completed a SOC 2 examination. We intend to pursue independent certification as the business grows and will publish the results on this page. In the meantime, we respond directly to security questionnaires and diligence requests from customers and prospective customers at support@teamagogo.com.
Data portability
Customers may export their personnel records, time records, and schedules at any time in standard formats compatible with major payroll providers. Following account closure, data remains available for export for 90 days.
Vulnerability reporting
Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported to support@teamagogo.com. We acknowledge reports within one business day and keep the reporter informed of remediation status.
