Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how TigerWillow LLC ("Teamagogo," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with the Teamagogo service (the "Service") and the website at teamagogo.com. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
2. Our Roles
With respect to account information provided by the business that registers for the Service (the "Customer"), Teamagogo determines the purposes and means of processing. With respect to information about employees and other personnel entered into a Customer's workspace ("Workspace Data"), Teamagogo processes that information as a service provider acting on the Customer's behalf and under its instructions. The Customer determines what Workspace Data is collected and which personnel may access it. Authorized Users seeking to access, correct, or delete Workspace Data should direct their request to their employer; we will assist the Customer in fulfilling such requests.
3. Information We Collect
(a) Account Information. Name, email address, telephone number, password (stored in hashed form), business name, and business location.
(b) Workspace Data. Personnel names and contact details, roles, compensation rates, availability, time-off balances, schedules, clock events and time records (including the identity of any editor, with original entries preserved), shift trades, time-off requests, manager log entries, messages, announcements and read confirmations, and recognition records.
(c) Clock-In Verification Data. Where enabled by the Customer, location coordinates or a photograph captured at the time of a clock event. The Service does not collect location information at any other time. Clock-in photographs are reviewed by people, not by facial recognition, and are deleted automatically 90 days after the clock event.
(d) Usage and Device Data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, access times, and actions taken within the Service, collected for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
(e) Payment Information. Collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide, maintain, and secure the Service; to generate schedule drafts through the Service's scheduling assistant, which processes only the applicable workspace's own data; to process payments; to communicate with account holders regarding the Service, including billing and material changes; to enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations; and to analyze usage in order to maintain and improve the Service. Messages may be processed by an AI provider to translate them for teammates who use another language.
5. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use Customer Data to train machine-learning models for the benefit of other customers or third parties. We do not send marketing communications to Authorized Users.
Text messages. We send text messages only for the Service: invitations for an Authorized User to join their employer's workspace, sent after the employer confirms that person agreed to receive work texts. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of disclosure in this Policy; we share them only with our text-message provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
6. Disclosure of Information
We disclose information only as follows: (a) to service providers that support the operation of the Service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, under contracts restricting their use of the information to the provision of services to us (current subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text-message invitations), Groq, Google, and Anthropic (AI features), and Sentry (error monitoring)); (b) to third-party payroll providers, through export files generated at the Customer's direction; (c) within a Customer's workspace, in accordance with the permissions configured by the Customer; (d) as required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, in which case we will notify the affected Customer unless legally prohibited from doing so; and (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the successor will remain bound by this Policy or we will provide notice before a different policy applies.
7. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for the duration of the Customer's account. Following account closure, Customer Data remains available for export for 90 days and is then deleted from our production systems, with residual copies in encrypted backups deleted in the ordinary course on a fixed schedule. Records concerning former Authorized Users remain part of the Customer's workspace as employment records of that business; the former Authorized User's access ends when the Customer removes them.
8. Your Rights and Choices
The Customer may export, correct, or delete Customer Data at any time through the Service. Authorized Users may view and update their own profile and availability within the Service and may direct requests concerning Workspace Data to their employer. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise such rights, contact support@teamagogo.com; where a request concerns Workspace Data, we will refer it to, and coordinate with, the relevant Customer as applicable law permits or requires.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, logical separation of each Customer's workspace, and permission-based access controls. Additional detail is provided on the Security page.
10. Children
The Service is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Minors above that age may appear in Workspace Data, or may use the Service as Authorized Users, solely in connection with lawful employment, with their information entered and controlled by their employer.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as maintaining authenticated sessions, and to measure aggregate usage of our marketing site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email to account owners or by notice within the Service. The current version of this Policy, with its effective date, will be posted on this page.
