What kinds of businesses use Teamagogo?

Any business with hourly employees and shifts: restaurants, cafés and coffee shops, bars, bakeries, retail stores, grocery and convenience stores, salons and spas, gyms and studios, and hotels. You start from a setup for your kind of business and change anything.

Is there an app to download?

Teamagogo installs from our website onto any phone's home screen, with its own icon and alerts. There's no App Store download yet; it works the same way on iPhone and Android.

Can I keep my payroll company?

Yes. Teamagogo hands your payroll clean, signed hours in the file format ADP RUN, Gusto, QuickBooks Online or Paychex Flex expects. You upload it the way you do today.

We're on Homebase or 7shifts. How hard is switching?

Upload your employee list, past timecards and time-off balances from HotSchedules, Homebase, 7shifts, Sling, Deputy or When I Work. You see a preview before anything is saved. Most teams are clocking in the next day.

Can Shifty build the schedule on its own?

Yes, if you want it to. Out of the box Shifty drafts and waits for you to press Send. Turn on its automation and it builds next week on the day and time you choose, and sends it on its own when nothing breaks your rules. You can switch back anytime. Fixes to hours or pay are always proposals you confirm.

How much can I change?

Nearly everything: what Shifty is allowed to do, clock-in rules, break rules, who sees pay, what earns points, and the names of your positions and stations. Rules can be set for the whole location, a group, or one person.

My team speaks Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese.

Each person picks their own language. Their screens, alerts and Shifty's answers come in that language.

Who can see pay?

Only the people you allow. 50 permissions control who sees rates, totals and timesheets. Employees see their own hours, and tips if you share them. How we protect your data

Is there a contract?

No contract and no card. Any month 10 or fewer people work at one location is free. Otherwise Basic is $29 per location per month, and All-In is $69 per location per month for up to 50 people ($79 for 51 to 150), billed on the people who clocked in. Cancel any time.
