Connexions
Team a go-go were appointed following a creative pitch and pilot scheme, to deliver a roll-out refurbishment across the 23 regional Connexions centres.
Team a go-go worked with stakeholders across the centres (both staff and end-users of the service), to provide a dynamic and fresh interpretation of the existing Connexions brand for interior roll out. Listening to staff and end-users enabled us to deliver a more practical and dynamic home for their services in each location.
A subtle and intelligent approach to the use of the brand colours, with an increase of white to wall surfaces and design of a bespoke laminate, brought cohesion to a variety of building styles across the portfolio of offices.
Some sites involved major construction programmes and phasing to ensure each office remained open and able to provide client services at all times. An analysis of how staff worked resulted in better storage, appropriate rest and work areas and by working with the client group to develop front of house areas, the impact of our designs brought about a record increase in the footfall of clients (70% within the first 12 months following completion).
